Mr. Mollica is a nationally recognized specialist in the field of relocation for the public and private sectors including real estate development, municipalities, transit, aviation, urban renewal, utilities, transportation departments and other related agencies. Prior to joining LTL-Team in 2001, Mr. Mollica served as the Director of the Massachusetts Bureau of Relocation where he was directly responsible for all matters pertaining to the regulations of the Massachusetts Relocation Assistance Program, as provided under the Federal Uniform Relocation Act and Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 79A. Most recently, Mr. Mollica has been instrumental in developing the firm’s climigration portfolio, identifying opportunities for LTL-Team to support and assist communities with planning and preparing for climate induced relocation and mitigation needs. Through innovative adaptation, resilience solutions, and strategies stemming from decades of developing and implementing relocation, buyout, and other sale assistance type programs, Mr. Mollica is creating policy ideas for this new sector.
