Ms. Moncrieffe provides a decade of experience in the areas of avigation easements, property acquisitions, title processing, and legal assistance as well as relocation services as per the Uniform Act. Ms. Moncrieffe recently served as Title Agent for the Port of Seattle’s (Port) Avigation Easement and Subordination/Consent Agreement Services contract in support of the Port’s Sound Insulation Program, as well as a contract for the Port’s Flight Corridor Safety Program. Ms. Moncrieffe also served as land acquisition and relocation agent for the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART)’s Honolulu High-Capacity Transit Corridor Project, Real Estate III contract contributing to the success of HART’s FTA approved Individual Corrective Action Plan (ICAP) Program. Ms. Moncrieffe assists with climigration portfolio development. Ms. Moncrieffe is a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent.
