Senior Advisor
Ms. Gill spent 22 years with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) in the Office of Site Acquisition and Relocation, serving as Relocation Counselor, Contracting Officer and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Program Manager. She is highly knowledgeable in the Federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (Uniform Act), as amended and the National Environmental Policy Act. Throughout her career, Ms. Gill worked with numerous federal agencies, providing expert relocation services and training. Her project experience spans the entire country, from Southern California to Northern Maine and everywhere in between.
